 Q. What are the key qualities you look for while hiring an employee?Skillful, aptitude to learn, dedication towards work, creative, good communication skills. Q. What relationship do you share with your employees? A. There is a bond with each and every employee like a family member since everyone working in the company adds to the growth of the company. Q. How do you motivate and inspire your employees for better performance? A. I interact with every employee on regular basis and try to resolve the problems if any. I give them regular feedback on their work and let them explore work in their own way. That way they grow personally and it boosts their confidence. Q. How do you deal with the success and failure of employees? A. There are no strict penalties for failure because I feel mistakes and failures are made only by the people who work so it is a part of work. I try to make sure that same mistakes or failures are not repeated, rather are taken in a positive way to improve efficiency at work. Q. How do you ensure the workplace is fun and employees are engaged at work? A. I try to keep the environment cool and occasionally join employees over a cup of tea to break the glass ceiling. I interact with them in a friendly manner which makes it fun. |
