Passion for what you do and a strong sense of dedication towards work and ownership towards the company is extremely important. Q. What relationship do you share with your employees? A. We share a transparent and fair relationship with our employees. We try and keep the lines of communication open. We understand their pains, problems, insecurity and try to adjust to the circumstances that surround them. Q. How do you motivate and inspire your employees for better performance? A. We strongly ascribe to the notion that employees are the building blocks of an organisation. Organisational success depends on the collective efforts of motivated employees. Training is provided to keep executives updated with the latest skills. Q. How do you deal with the success and failure of employees? A. We celebrate success and ask others to imbibe the formula to succeed. At times of failure, we try to understand the reasons and provide training to ensure such situations do not arise again. Q.
